Summary:

The Rottman Group, Inc. has been retained by the Ennen Eye Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas to find an Optometrist.  This is an outstanding opportunity for someone to step into a very busy practice with a historically large patient base. 

 

Opportunity:

The Ennen Eye Center (www.enneneyecenter.com)  was founded and is led by Dr. Randy Ennen, MD.    The clinic has 10 exam lanes.  The current technology available includes OPD III, four TRS lanes, Pentacam, Atlas, Wavescan, Visual Field, two Heidleburg Spectral Domain OCT’s, fundus photography, endothelial cell counter, Lipiflow, and Lenstar

with Verion. 

 

A fully staffed, modern optical department fulfills their patient’s glasses and contact

lens needs. 

Surgical care is handled in the adjoining two OR suite surgery center.  They have Lumera

microscopes, Alcon Centurion phaco machines, ORA, and a LenSx femtosecond laser. 

Also, for glaucoma care they have a transscleral cyclophotocoagulation and SLT lasers. 

Along with normal optometry practice, this person will also provide post-operative care for LASIK and surgical patients of Dr. Ennen’s.  This person will walk into a very busy and thriving practice. 

Background:

We are actively recruiting for someone who is currently eligible to practice and who is or can become professionally licensed to practice in Arkansas.  We are currently not seeking people who are in training and graduating mid-2018. 

Compensation:

This person will receive a competitive compensation package including base salary, revenue sharing program, and a percentage of optical and contact lens sales.  There is a full benefit plan including full payment of health insurance this person with the option of adding family to the plan for additional cost.
