Summary:
The Rottman Group, Inc. has been retained to find a Clinical Administrator for an independently owned ambulatory surgery center located in Northwest Arkansas. This person will oversee all the clinical operations of the surgery center; everything other than finance, revenue cycle, and business development.
Opportunity:
The surgery center is fairly busy. In the last several years they have grown adding physicians and diversified their surgical service lines. They have continued to add the appropriate staff and equipment to accommodate these additions at the highest clinical level. The physicians get along well. It is a cohesive, positive, collaborative, and supportive environment to work in and be a part of.
The Clinical Administrator will manage a clinical staff of approximately 20 people.
The surgery center handles relatively high volume. There are 2 ORs and currently operating at
approximately 80% of their volume capacity.
Background:
This person needs to be an RN. This person will be someone who both understands and has
successfully led OR operations. The right person for this role will be someone who enjoys building
and developing themselves as well as others. Someone who has the drive to make performance
improvements, and enhancing efficiencies will find this to be a very supportive work environment.
