Don Rottman, President

Don graduated with a BA in Human Resources from Harding University.

Don founded The Rottman Group at the beginning of 1993. Don wanted to create an organization that had a very positive, value people culture that could qualitatively create a difference in both the healthcare and executive search industries.

Prior to The Rottman Group, Don was the Vice President of Austin-McGregor International, a multi-industry, retained executive search firm. While at Austin-McGregor, Don worked with clients in the apparel, high-tech, textile, consumer products, and healthcare industries at the senior executive level. Don spent most of his time supporting EPIC Healthcare, a $1 Billion hospital company for whom Austin-McGregor did all of the executive recruitment. When promoted to Vice President, Don was responsible for the development of Austin-McGregor's healthcare practice beyond EPIC.
