region's best places to escape the hustle and bustle of the crowded cities.

offers. Step back
in time by visiting the historic Mission San Luis Rey de Francia, the "King
of the Missions", and

Compensation and
Benefitis:
This role will have a very competitive base salary.
Along with this, the person will participate in a Management Incentive
Program in which they can earn up to an additional 12% of their salary in bonus.
Along with health, vision, dental etc. benefits, Tri-City Medical center has a
very generous retirement program. There
are three components of it.
- Social
Security option: Instead of
paying in 6.5% of your compensation to Social Security, you pay 6.7%
(pre-tax) to an investment option account.
Tri-City
Medical
Center
then pays an additional
4.5% of your income into this account. You
are 100% vested in this immediately
- Voluntary
Deferred Compensation, like a 401k that you can contribute to.
- Money
Accumulation Pension Plan. As
long as you contribute 2% to your income to this retirement plan,
Tri-City
Medical
Center
matches 6%.
I would typically not outline specific benefits, most being too similar to
matter. However, the retirement plan
here is significant and considered an upside to most typical plans.
